Dow Builds on Record High as Iran Peace Deal Boosts the Market

Stocks were on track to rise Wednesday after more details about the U.S.-Iran peace deal leaked, bolstering hopes that the two countries are on the brink of reaching an agreement to end the war in the Middle East. Futures tracking the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed 50 points, or 0.1%. The Dow topped 52,000 points for the first time ever on Tuesday, but the other two major indexes slid as Wall Street sold tech and loaded up on laggards.
